Sticking Patterns for 8th Note Fills

In this lesson we will use our "5 Pathways of Motion" to create 8th note fills using Single Strokes, Double Strokes, and Paradiddles. Although a simple concept, I believe it's really important that we begin learning ways to improvise fills from the very outset of our playing, and these pathways and sticking patterns are a great way to start.
